1. Because the stainless steel wire is not controlled by magnetic force, our corporation has adapted a special tram positioning device to obtain the smoothly welding of stainless steel wire, the uniformity of mesh and the speed of welding.
2. Tram loading machine is smooth and reliable and the tram loading length is accurate. In order to eliminate noise of intermittent transmission bumping and avoid the mechanical failure caused by the loss of synchronism of the intermittent transmission, synchronous interface tram loading machine is adopted instead of intermittent transmission machine. Thus the mechanical life is prolonged, welding speed and quality are improved, the tram material is saved.
3. Welding is normative, regulation and control are accurate and convenient, the electric energy can be saved. The advanced welding electrical synchronous control technique makes the welding current, welding time, regulation and control digital integration, and the precision have reached the level of millisecond. The new type saves energy and the high efficient welding mesh power transformer has improved the quality of welding and enlarged the range of adaptive wire diameter.
4. For convenient welding normal management and quality controlled , electronic counting and grid length NC arrester are set up, which can ensure the convenience , accuracy of data and the length of welding mesh.
5. Because of the uniform diameter of mesh hole, stable gridding and fast welding spot, it can be used in upholstery, artware , antisepsis and rare birds breed. |
